The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service. The beautifully decorated room was brand-new, and we enjoyed the wonderful view of Ulsoor lake. The hotel's central location near the city center was convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Orchid. The location was convenient, with easy access to parking, the metro, and a shopping mall. The breakfast at the Pinxx restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the French toast, plant dosa, and crispy meduvadai. The staff at the restaurant, especially the women chef, were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff in general were always smiling, friendly, and helpful, and the room service was surprisingly quick. The South Indian cuisine at the live cooking station was a definite highlight. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, amazing service, good food, and courteous staff.

While my stay was overall satisfactory, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The air conditioner in the room made a slight rattling noise when the fan was set at medium, but I was able to work around it by keeping it on high.
